The house is approached at the back where there is a large south facing conservatory which you enter before going into the kitchen

Large garden both at front and back plus a gated hard area down one side of the house.

Only 150 metres walk to the coast via steps on Portmore road close to Amici restuarant carpark.

The view from the sitting room is fabulous. On a really good day you can see Islay in Scotland but watch the golfers on The "Old Course" Portstewart and hear the waves crashing on the rocks just 150 metres from the house.

This is a full sized double sofa bed with a superior mattress. There full black out blinds and lots of seating elsewhere in the house. Refer to our social media page to see a video showing how easy it is to open and close up the bed.
