The view from the sitting room is fabulous. On a really good day you can see Islay in Scotland but watch the golfers on The "Old Course" Portstewart and hear the waves crashing on the rocks just 150 metres from the house.
This is a full sized double sofa bed with a superior mattress. There full black out blinds and lots of seating elsewhere in the house. Refer to our social media page to see a video showing how easy it is to open and close up the bed.
Only 150 metres walk to the coast via steps on Portmore road close to Amici restuarant carpark.
Plenty of space to park inside the gates of the property. Also parking on the road outside the gates and on the grass at the front of the property.

Cofee table (on wheels) is the only furniture which needs moved to enable sofa to be pulled out. Very easily put up and down each day and a trunk to the side holds all bed linen
