Coming by car:

Most routes to the area will take you onto the Coleraine Ring Road. At the Portrush Road Roundabout take 2nd exit for Portstewart. At T junction turn right onto Cromore Road which runs onto Station Road. At the roundabout take the 1st exit onto Mill Road and immediate right onto Old Coach Road. Go over the crossroads and at top of hill is 7 Old Coach Road on right hand side. Number 7 is on the pillar and above the garage. Park in the drive or on the roadside. 

Coming by bus from the train/bus station in Coleraine:

Take the 140a/b Portrush bus get off at Atlantic Circle where it is a walk up a short steep hill or

Take 140c Portstewart bus and get off at Lever Road for a slightly longer not so steep walk to the house.

Both routes about 5 mins.
