Abeen Atlantic, family home with fab sea views

Our personal holiday home, 150 metres from the sea - Abeen Atlantic, Portstewart- is a well equipped bungalow (all one level) with fabulous views of the ocean towards Old Portstewart Golf Course, Portrush and Islay, Scotland; only a 3 minute walk to the harbour. We have a large private enclosed garden, 3 reception rooms, 3 bedrooms, and off road parking for 3 cars. Sleeps 8. Fibre broadband. NITB Approved.

A great base to explore north coast with fab beaches, walking, golf and restaurants.

"Abeen Atlantic" is family holiday home, which is well equipped to cope with a large family and works really well for 3 generations or 2 small families staying together. Its all on one level so easy for most folk to navigate. The house sleeps 8 adults and up to 2 babies.

The 3 reception rooms means that there is room to spread out and do different things. Our spacious south facing conservatory has an additional table and chairs and seating that you can take outside. The massive sitting room overlooks the ocean and Portstewart Old Golf course and has views over to Portrush, the Skerries and on a good day Islay. There is a 55 inch Smart TV that has Netflix and Prime TV. Board games and books are also there for your enjoyment.

There is also a sitting area in the large kitchen/ diner with a smart TV and we have unlimited fibre broadband throughout.

The kitchen is well equipped with a double oven ceramic top Hotpoint cooker, large fridge freezer, dishwasher, tumble dryer, microwave and coffee maker. There is a large amount of cooking equipment, cutlery, glassware and crockery more than sufficient for 8 people.

We include dishwasher tabs, washing machine tabs, toilet rolls, kitchen roll, dishcloth etc). All bed linen, bath, hand and tea towels are provided.

The master bedroom has a kingsize bed with an ensuite which includes electric shower, wc & whb. There is also a double bedroom and a twin bedroom with plenty of storage throughout. In addition the front sitting room has a full sized double bed which very easily folds out of a sofa. The room has full blackout blinds and storage. When the room is in use as a sleeping area there is plenty of seating in the rest of the house for anyone not wishing to go to bed.

We love going to the beach ourselves so there is a large wind shield, folding chairs, table, body boards, games & BBQ which is available to our guests.

Outside the garden is completely private and gated front and back. There is a garden shed where you can store items that you bring and the parking space inside the gates is sufficient for a large van/camper or 2 small cars. Parking is also available on the road and a car can park on our grass at the front of the property.

We are also dog friendly permitting up to 2 house trained dogs. The garden is secure for most dogs but for larger dogs there is an enclosed area down the side of the house which is very secure.

There is no part of the house unavailable to guests and there is no shared spaces.

Available on my mobile 24/7 in case of emergencies. We have a comprehensive house manual that has instructions for all equipment.

Beautiful coastal walks. Visitors have parked the car and not used it for a whole week!

Ideal base for exploring the North Coast whether going round to Giant's Causeway or Ballycastle or heading to Mussendun Temple or further afield to Donegal via the ferry at Magillian.
